We've all heard the buzz words and sat through the seminars, but not many have adopted or adapted to the concepts.
"Lean" refers to the application of Lean practices, principles, and tools to the development and manufacturing of physical products... i.e.. repairing wrecked cars!
Manufacturers use Lean principles to eliminate waste, optimize processes, cut costs, and boost innovation in a volatile market.

OMA
The Ohio Mediation Association (OMA) is a statewide organization made up of mediators from a variety of backgrounds and professions who support and promote the use of dispute resolution and conflict management. OMA works on behalf of all mediators in Ohio to strengthen our profession’s standing. OMA serves mediators and those who need mediation services in many Ohio cities including Columbus, Cleveland, Cincinnati, Toledo, and Dayton.
